A story of
two generations
How it all began
Maus & Partner was founded in Munich in 2013 by Dirk Maus. After many years as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, he decided to bring his experience and network into an independent advisory firm of his own. In 2021, his son Daniel Maus joined the family business after eight years in international investment banking at UBS and Goldman Sachs in Switzerland, London and Singapore. In 2024, Daniel Maus took over as Managing Director and has led the firm in the second generation ever since. Dirk Maus remains with the company in an advisory capacity.
